Sir, a male employee is charged with blame by a lady employee and case is going on in court.he submitted application of one day earn leave as he had used up his all casual leave. Is one day earn leave admissible? If not, what kind of leave is admissible under mcsr (leave) rule 1981 or he is liable to any allowance ie.travel allowance with respect to the court matter under existing rule. If yes, please guideline and quoth the date of GR/ACT if any. Thank you.
नमस्कार सर, मला वनविभागा मध्ये लिपिक लेखापाल यांचे कामे व जबाबदरी बाबत असलेले अधिनियम/शासन निर्णय पाहीजे होते. तसेच मी वनविभागा मध्ये लिपिक पदावर कार्यारत आहे व मला असलेल्या लेखापाल यांनी आयकर मध्ये संबंधीत व्यक्ती च्या नामे डबल पैसे जमा केले असुन या बाबत मला काही एक कल्पना नव्हती सम्बंधीत विषयी टीपणी व पत्रा लेखापाल यांनी स्वता काढले होते टीपणी व पत्रावर त्यांचेच स्वाक्षरी आहे. आता विषय अस आहे. साहेबांनी मला कारणे दाखवा नोटीस दिली व त्या मधे अधिक भरणा ज़ालेली रक्कम आपले कडून का वसुल करु नये असे विचाराले या वर मला मार्गदशन मिळणेस विनंती आहे.
2) उपरोक्त विषयाकीत प्रकरनी लेखापाल यांनी त्यांचे जवाबा मध्ये असे संगीतले की मला संगनक जमत नाही व मी या मध्ये लिपीक जाबदार आहे. मज़्या कदुन वसुली करूनाही असे त्यांनी या कार्यालयात कळवीले.
या वर मी आपला बचाव स्पष्टीकरण कसे दयावे या बाबत मार्गदशन मिळणेस विनंती आहे
Respected sir, I am Navnath Garad,Agriculture Supervisor ,In the year 2018 (25/05/2018) suspended in the ACB case ,after 90 day I submitted the petition against department for the reinstit MAT court given order on 5th April 2019 to reinstit me but department not follow the court order and on 25th Nov-2019 JDA given reinstit order,still there is neither chargesheet submitted in the session court nor Departmental enquiry will be start.But sir my name is in the process of promotion and all information regarding promotion are submitted to higher authority.Earlier I visited to commissioner office pune they told me that your promotion is not in progress due to DE and Court shargesheet, sir please suggest.
