जे विद्यार्थी / उमेदवार हे महाराष्ट्र राज्य सोडुन दुसरी कडे जातीचा फायदा घेवून परीक्षा देऊ ई‍च्छीतो त्यांना महाराष्ट्राबाहेर खुल्या मधुनच अर्ज करावा लागेल जे भटक्या जमाती-जाती, विमुक्त जाती मधील आहेत त्यांना UPSC/ IBPS/SSC/IIT/AIIMS  किंवा इतर ठिकाणी अर्ज करावयाचा असल्यास खुल्या मधुनच करावा लागतो, परंतु त्यांनी जर केंद्रशासनाचे इतर मागस वर्गीय चे प्रमाणपत्र काढले तर मग त्यांना खुल्यातुन अजर् भरावा लागणार नाही त्या करीता ONLINE अर्ज कसा सादर करावा या बाबतची माहीती या व्हिडीओच्या माध्यमातुन देण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे.

6. Caste Certificate of the Relative (Father)
7. Copy of School Leaving Certificate of beneficiary  (Son -Daughter or Beneficiary)
8. Copy of School Leaving Certificate of Grandfather
9. Caste Validity (Son -Daughter or Beneficiary)

 

सदरचे जात प्रमाणपत्र हे दरवर्षीच काढावे लागते किंवा आपणास ज्या वर्षात काम असेल त्या वर्षी काढावे परंतु upsc  करीत असल्यास दरवर्षी काढणेच योग्य राहील.

फार्म भरतांना दोन पर्याय आहेत एक मराठी मध्ये व दुसरा ईंग्रजी मध्ये आपणास जो योग्य वाटत असेल तो निवडावा.

आता प्रतिज्ञलेख तयार करण्याची आवश्यक्ता नसुन स्वयंघोषणापत्र व स्वयं साक्षांकन करीता एक फोटो लावून त्यावर स्वाक्षरी करून अपलोड करावे.
