Can an employee of the district in which he is working use medical certificate of the civil surgeon or officer of any government hospital of other district to reimburse his medical bill. The sanctioning authority has objected the case that medical certificate should be of the same district in which you are working. Medical certificate of the "sasoon hospital authority" will not be considered for sanctioning medical bill in in Kolhapur district. If yes ...then will I Get the references related.
